Refund policy
We do not accept replacements or exchanges unless product arrived damaged. To be eligible for a replacement product, all security seal must be intact.
In the case of product delivered with a damaged container please notify us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact customer service at support@futureyoubeauty.com, provide a picture of the damaged product in the original container with seal unopened, along with proof of purchase.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all products will be inspected. If product does not meet the listed criteria; we reserve the right not to issue an exchange or replacement.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange or replacement, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange or replacement.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or replaced, unfortunately sale or clearance items are not accepted (final sale).
